As the new year kicks off, Pastor Joshua Obeng, the Resident Pastor at Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC), shared a message of hope for Ghanaians in 2024.

Speaking at the church’s “31st Watch Night” service, Pastor Josh expressed optimism, especially for those who place their trust in God.

He acknowledged the difficulties faced in 2023 but emphasized that God consistently brings about new and positive changes, making the upcoming year full of promise for those who anchor their faith in Him.

In addition, Pastor Josh addressed the political landscape, noting that 2024 marks an election year with increased political activities and campaigns from various parties.

He encouraged citizens to critically assess political promises, prioritizing competence and evaluating programs that would benefit the people.

During the sermon on Salvation, Reverend Ransford Obeng, the General Overseer of CCC, urged Ghanaians to fully commit their lives to Christ Jesus, making Him their Lord and Saviour.

Drawing inspiration from Psalm 27, specifically verse 13, Rev. Obeng reassured believers that despite inevitable challenges, God will reveal His goodness in the land of Ghana in 2024.

In his words, Pastor Joshua Obeng stated, “I am sure 2023 was a difficult one for most of us, but when our trust remained in God, He pulled us through, and for me, I believe that 2024 would be impactful and great for those whose confidence remains in the Lord of Life, Christ Jesus.”
