The number of active coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Ghana has fallen by nearly more than half in the last few days, according to the Ghana Health Service (GHS).
Data available on the GHS website shows that the number of active cases as of November 22, stood at 775.
The total number of confirmed cases, however, stands at 51,225 with 323 deaths.
A total of 50,127 have been discharged or recovered from the virus, according to Director-General of the Ghana Health Service, Dr Patrick Kuma-Aboagye.
He said since the reopening of the Kotoka International Airport in September, 69,311 tests had been conducted, out of which 264 of them reported positive for COVID-19.
