Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah on Monday revealed there would be a few or no changes to the Black Stars if all available players are fit except suspended Kassim Nuhu Adams.

“Don’t expect a lot of changes to the team that played the previous game because I have a lot of confidence in my team and most of the times we don’t start well in championships but the game against Cameroon was a better performance than Benin and I am very sure of a much better performance against Guinea-Bissau,” Appiah said at a press conference.

On Kwadwo Asamoah he said: “The good thing about Kwadwo is that he plays almost all the positions of the pitch and though many feel he didn’t have a good game against Cameroon but for me he helped us a lot tactically with the role played”.

Appiah in conclusion also said something about Kwabena Owusu, “He did well when he came on, he is part of the young guys in this team and every nation shouldn’t depend on few players because we always have to look at the future so that is why these guys are here so we will be looking at giving each the chance when the time is due”.

Ghana will host Guinea-Bissau in Suez for their last Group F match at 4pm without Adams who is suspended while Christian Atsu remains doubtful for the Tuesday encounter.
