Ghana’s new boy Samuel Owusu has commended the senior players in the team for helping him to adapt.
Owusu who has featured in all of Ghana’s three games in the 2019 AFCON in Egypt maintains that he is learning a lot from his senior colleagues as he seeks to get on top of his game.
“It has been a good tournament so far for me. There is no pressure on me, the senior players in the team have been helpful. They guide me on the field concerning my movements and others,” Owusu told Asempa FM.
“I am very glad with my progress, it does not matter whether I start the game or come in later, everything is in the hands of the head coach,” he stated.
Owusu who plays for modest Serbian Superliga outfit FK Cukaricki has been one of the revelations in the Black Stars in the tournament so far.
Before the 2019 AFCON, the left winger had not represented Ghana at any level.
