Ghana’s Black Stars midfielder Afriyie Acquah scored the only goal for Yeni Malatyaspor in their 1-0 away win on Wednesday.

The Ghanaian midfield anchor netted his first goal of the season in the struggling side’s impressive away win at Sivasspor.

Rémi Walter set up the Ghanaian international on the 68th minutes of the match to snatch all points for the relegation threatened side.

Acquah’s goal is his first for the Turkish side since joining last summer.

Malatyaspor’s win takes them from 16th to 13th on the Turkish Super Lig table.

The Ghanaian has three assists and a goal to his name this campaign.
