The duplicate docket on the case of Ghanaian comedian, Kwadwo Nkansah aka Lil Win has been sent to the office of the Attorney-General for advice.

Prosecution made this known when the actor made a second appearance before the Asokore Mampong District Court Thursday (27 June).

The court presided over by Samuel Buabin Quansah consequently adjourned the case to 29 July, for further updates.

Kwadwo Nkansah, 37, was arrested, charged and arraigned following a recent road crash involving his vehicle resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy.

His lawyer, Nana Bonsu Kyeretwie, says they await the Attorney General’s advice as his client faces prosecution.

“The prosecution must prove its case for us to have a case to answer before we can rebut any doubt that the police have created in this matter but for now, we cannot speak to anything, we are only waiting for the Attorney General’s advice in accordance with his mandate,” he said.
