Akufo-Addo encourages awardees to aim for greater heights

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has called on Ghanaians to draw inspiration from the achievements of those recognized at the Ghana National Honours and Awards ceremony, urging citizens to commit to building a prosperous and inclusive nation.

 

Speaking at the event held on Monday, December 30, at the Accra International Conference Centre, the President emphasized the importance of collective effort in achieving Ghana’s development aspirations.

 

The ceremony celebrated exceptional Ghanaians who have excelled in various fields, including governance, arts, health, and public service.

 

In his address, President Akufo-Addo praised the honorees for their outstanding contributions to national progress and encouraged them to continue inspiring others through their work.

 

> “Today is also a clarion call to action. To our honorees, let this recognition inspire you to reach even greater heights. And to the rest of us, let their stories remind us that we all have a role to play in building the Ghana of our dream—a Ghana where every child has a future, every worker has dignity, and every citizen has a voice,” he said.

 

 

 

The President urged all Ghanaians to embrace the spirit of excellence and service exemplified by the honorees, emphasizing the need for unity and dedication in creating a brighter future for the nation.
