Accra Lions Football Club have announced ALEXpay as their main sponsors for the 2020/21 football season.
The club announced the deal on their social media networks Wednesday, saying: “Accra Lions Football is pleased to confirm that ALEXpay will become our new main sponsor for the 2020-21 season.”
To launch the new partnership, ALEXpay branding will feature on ALFC’s new collection of Puma apparel with immediate effect.
ALEXpay is a digital payment platform that integrates all the segmented telco-based mobile money service platforms to provide a reliable national switch for all mobile money transactions in Ghana.
Their cross-network transaction capability and interconnect clearing interchange functionality enables ALEXpay to provide a wide range of financial solutions including scaling up the mobile money service platform, integrating mobile money and traditional banking transactions, linking accounts to physical payment cards, crowdfunding for social and individual projects, assisting merchants with processing card based transactions, and accommodating foreign remittances.
