Algerian Under-23 coach Ludovic Batelli is poised to eliminate the Black Meteors of Ghana when both teams meet tonight.
The French gaffer is looking forward to finish the tie on home soil and book a place in the Under 23 AFCON in Egypt after drawing the first leg 1-1 in Ghana.
“We played very well in Ghana but the referee gave them some penalties I don’t understand. They score one and the game ended in a draw,” Batelli told the media.
“We can beat them convincingly here (Algeria). It will be a great game because they will come all out against us. My players need not to be complacent, they must play like we are down and we need to score and win.”
The crunch game will be played at 8:45pm GMT at the 25,000 capacity Stade du Mai 1945.
