‘An incredible season’ – Ghanaian youngster Ernest Nuamah on winning three individual awards in Denmark

Ghanaian teen sensation Ernest Nuamah has described the 2022-23 season in the Denmark Superliga as an incredible one after winning three individual awards.

The young Ghanaian dedicated the three awards to his colleagues and staff of the Denmark Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland in a long aporeciative message.

Nuamah had a breakthrough campaign with the Red and Yellow Wild Tigers scoring 19 goals in all competitions which made him the Ghana with most goals in a single season for the club.

He was named the Spring Best Player (voted head coaches), Player of the Year (voted by players), Young Player of the Year (voted by league’s Panel of Experts).

“We’ve fought hard as a youthful team & our silver medal is a shining emblem of our hard work.”

 

 

” This is for us all, my teammates, coaches and the fans (wild tigers). Proud Asafo Boy,’ he wrote on social media.

 

He has been rewarded with a maiden Black Stars call-up for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Madagascar in Antananarivo on June 18.

 

Nuamah is also part of Ghana’s squad for the Africa U23 Cup of Nations in Morocco later this month.
