Ashantigold SC beat Dreams FC 1-0 at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium on Wednesday.

The Miners struggle for goals continued in their slim 1-0 win over Still Believe lads in the week 11 of the Ghana Premier League as they gifted a goal by the away side.

The first half failed to provide the spark as expected by the home fans with few chances being created in the well contested game.

The host upped their game in the second half and general play by both teams was on the high as both teams sensed the chance of grabbing all three points.

Abdulai Ibrahim of Dreams FC found the back of the net for the first time in match but at the wrong end as his own proved to be enough for the host to secure all points to go to the summit of the Ghana Premier League.

The Miners have picked eight points in their last four games scoring full marks in two games at home and picking a vital point against Ghana’s two most glamorous clubs both away from home.
