Black Stars defender Kasim Adams scored his first Bundesliga goal six minutes into his full debut for Fortuna Dusseldorf in their clash with Borussia Munchengladbach.
Adams netted his first goal in Dusseldorf colours from close range with a powerful header to the top left corner after Graduation failed to clear their lines following a corner which allowed Andre Hoffman to provide a nice headed assist for the Ghanaian.
The Ghana International is on loan at Dusseldorf from TSG Hoffenheim and rewarded his first Bundesliga start after making a cameo appearance in their last game and rewarded his manager for keeping faith in him with a goal.
Munchengladbach rallied back to secure all three points after Substitute Marcus Thuram scored his first and second goal to hand the struggling Gladbach side a vital 2-1 win.
