Black Stars defender Boye to extend stay at Metz

Black Stars defender John Boye is set to renew his stay in France with FC Metz.

The Ghanaian international’s contract with the French side expires on June 30, 2020.

Boye who was on the verge of exiting the French outfit before the global pandemic has agreed to sign a new one-year deal which will see him at the club up until at least 2021, according to our sources.

The 33-year-old Ghana international had been a solid rock at the back for Metz this season in the French Ligue 1 before its cancelation.
