Black Stars midfielder Schlupp elated after scoring first EPL goal this season

Ghana midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp is excited after grabbing his first English Premier League goal of the season.

The Ghanaian climbed off the bench to put the icing on the cake to secure a 2-0 away win at Turf Moor against Burnley on Saturday.

The 26-year-old could not hide his joy after netting his first league goal for the Eagles this term by hitting his Twitter account after the game.

“Top performance away from home and a fully deserved win,” he tweeted.

“I’m very happy for the win and also excited to open my goalscoring account this term”, he added.
