The accident occurred at Kobre in the Pru East District at about 3:30pm —when a vehicle with registration number AS 3976-18, veered off the road after it bursts its tyres.

“So the information is that two out of the nine other persons have been referred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and the others are receiving treatment at the Mathias Catholic Hospital”, reported Twum-Barimah.
The remains of the deceased have been deposited at the Mathias Catholic Hospital morgue for preservation.
The mangled vehicle has since been towed from the accident scene.
