Public Relations Officer for Ghana Premier League side Obuasi Ashantigold has confirmed there are no major injuries at camp ahead of their weekend encounter with Algerian side RS Berkane.
“There are no major injuries at camp so far as I know and can confidently tell you that as we speak except the notable one which is Richard Osei Agyeman who remains doubtful ahead of the game,” Daniel Bioh told Dailymailgh.com.
The PRO also stated that Ashantigold players are fit and ready for the big clash in Berkane on Saturday afternoon.
“All our registered players are very much fit and ready for the big assignments ahead of us this Saturday afternoon against Renaissance Sportif de Berkane.”
Mr. Bioh revealed that the players are all in camp and are available for selection come Saturday.
“The players are fully concentrated on the game and I can confirm to you that all of them are available for selection should they be picked by the coach to play in Morocco”, Bioh added.
The Black and Yellow lads will battle the Orange and Black on Moroccan soil on Saturday at 4pm for a place in the playoffs of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Ashantigold go into the second leg with a slight advantage after beating RS Berkane by a 3-2 scoreline in Ghana at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium a fortnight ago.
