Cofie starts pre-season with Sivasspor in Netherlands

Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Cofie is in the Netherlands with Turkish Superliga outfit Sivasspor preparing for the new season.

The 27-year-old holding midfielder joined the Turkish side from Spanish second-tier club Sporting Gijon and has traveled with the team for their off season camp.

Dailymailgh.com can confirm that Sivasspor will be in the Netherlands until July 31 and will play trial games against Ajax and Vitesse Arnhem.

Sivasspor manager Riza Calimbay is said to be very impressed with Cofie and is going to be the main man the team’s midfield will revolve around.
