During last night’s episode of his TBS show, Conan O’Brien revealed the country he’ll be checking out for his next Conan Without Borders special as well as the buddy who will be tagging along with him for the ride.
On Monday, O’Brien will be hopping on a plane to Ghana for a weeklong trip, thanks in part to a special invitation from Ghana’s ambassador to the United States, Adjei Bawuah.
To help him on the journey, O’Brien will bring along actor and comedian Sam Richardson, who also happens to be half Ghanaian. TBS hasn’t announced a premiere date for the special yet, but it will follow O’Brien’s most recent international episode in Australia, which aired back in April.
That episode didn’t feature a special guest joining O’Brien for the trip, but it did include O’Brien learning the very important fact that echidnas have four-pronged penises.
