Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbabce has officially announced that the club has secured the services of Ghana International defender, Alexander Djiku on a free transfer.

The Rock-Solid Center-back saw out his contract with French Ligue 1 side Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace after failed move to Sevilla in Spain.

He established himself as one of the most important players for the club and was later named the captain of the club following his consistent performance and professionalism.

He successfully completed his mandatory medical test with the club and has put pen-to-paper on a two-year deal with a one year renewal option.

He was chased by so many clubs across Europe but opted to sign for the Turkish powerhouse.
