Danish-born Ghanaian striker Shaibu on target for Boreham Wood

Danish-born Ghanaian attacker Justin Kwabena Shaibu was on the scoresheet for Boreham Wood against Dagenham & Redbridge.

They won 3-0 at the Chingwell Construction Stadium in the English National League on Tuesday night.

Shaibu who is on loan from Brentford to Boreham Wood for the second successive season replaced Tyrone Marsh in the 80th minute and netted the third goal for his side with a fabulous finish eight minutes later.

English striker of Congolese descent Tshimanga Kabongo had given Boreham Wood a 2-0 lead with the goals coming in the 18th and 86th minute before Shaibu nailed the home side.

Shaibu scored at the same venue last season when Boreham Wood came to record a 4-4 draw.
