Dreams FC teenager Mawuli Gbekpornu has signed a one-year loan deal with Israeli second-tier side Maccabi Petah Tikva.
Gbekpornu, 18, was one of the brightest spots in the Dreams FC team during the just ended Normalisation Committee Special Tournament.
He was spotted by Israeli scout Ohad Cohen who was in Ghana recently for the Best in Ghana Soccer Fiesta.
Gbekpornu becomes the fourth Dreams FC player in the space of one week to move to Israel with the rest being Samuel Alabi, Montari Kamaheni and Prince Okraku.
Maccabi Petah Tikva were relegated from the Israeli topflight last season and Gbekpornu will be instrumental at the back as they seek early return to the top flight league.
