EC official Yussif Ayuba, driver die in motor crash

An official of Ghana’s Electoral Commission, Alhassan Yussif Ayuba, has died in a motor crash, according to media reports.

The former assistant Head of Communications at the Electoral Commission reportedly died on Friday.

The Bole District Electoral Officer died together with his driver in the crash which occurred on the Tamale road.

Reports say Mr. Ayuba had gone for electoral materials for the upcoming district assembly polls from Tamale and was returning to his base when the crash occurred, Starrfm.com.gh said.
