New Patriotic Party (NPP) stalwart Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah has rallied party members to remain vigilant and committed until their candidate, Lawyer Kwabena Boateng secures victory in the Ejisu by-election.

COKA, as he is affectionately called, stressed the critical need for party unity and active campaigning, urging members to conduct thorough door-to-door outreach to convey the NPP’s message to every voter in the area.

He was addressing a mammoth rally following a ‘Unity Walk’ on Saturday (27 April) at Ejisu.

“We shall not relent”, COKA told the charged crowd. “This by-election must be a resounding victory for the party. Let’s unite behind Lawyer Boateng and campaign vigorously to ensure a decisive win”.

He also cautioned party members to be mindful of their utterances, emphasizing the impact of their actions on the election’s outcome.

Campaign has intensified with political messaging filling the streets of Ejisu. The by-election slated for 30 April, follows the demise of the MP for the area John Ampontuah Kumah.

Kumah until his death served as a Deputy Minister of Finance in the Akufo-Addo government.
