Ghanaian striker Kwame Karikari Amponsah has signed for Georgian Premier League outfit Dinamo Tbilisi.

Karikari, 27, joins the Blue-Whites on a one-year deal after ending his contract with Azerbaijani side Nefti Baku.

The left-footed attacker is expected to help Tbilisi in their Europa League campaign as they seek to get to the Group stages for the first time in history and also win the domestic championship.

A household name in Sweden where he featured for AIK, Karikari has in the last few years not been stable as he has commuted between South and Eastern Europe as well as the Gulf playing for clubs including PKF Stal, Al Arabi, Al Orooba, Nefti Baku and others.

He has been capped twice by Ghana at Under 20 level.
