Ghanaian defender Isaac Donkor is close to joining Czech giants Slavia Praque after talks between both parties involved reached an advance stage on Friday.
Dailymailgh.com can exclusively reveal that Slavia are in the market looking for a centre back to replace Cameroonian star Nagadeu and have identified the 23-year-old Ghanaian as a likely replacement.
Donkor is contracted to Romanian outfit Craiova until the summer of 2021 but are ready to let him leave for a price of 3 million Euros.
The versatile defender who can also play as a right-back honed his talent at the Inter Milan youth team where he was the skipper and has also played for Avellino and Cesena.
He made 18 appearances in the Romanian topflight last season.
