Five on ventilators as Ghana’s COVID-19 cases hit 32, 437

Five patients are said to be on ventilator support as 586 new coronavirus infections push Ghana’s case count to 32,437.

This is contained in the latest update published by the Ghana Health Service (GHS) on Sunday, July, 26.

The new figures, according to the GHS, are samples that were taken from June 29 to July 22, 2020, but reported from the lab on July 23.

The country has also recorded 28,927 clinical recoveries.

The figures also indicate the number of active cases in the country is now 3,349.

Out of this number, eight of them are in critical condition and 23 others are also in severe conditions.
