French Ligue 1 side AS Monaco are the latest club to show interest in signing Ghanaian defender Mohammed Salisu from Southampton FC this summer, Dailymailgh.com understands.
The Ghanaian international has refused to sign a long term deal with the relegated English Premier League side as clubs begin to queue for his signature.
According to Respected French journalists @Santi_J_FM & @sebnonda, Monaco have made an offer to sign Ghana defender Mohammed Salisu from Southampton this summer.
He joined the newly demoted side Southampton FC from relegated Spanish La Liga side Real Valladolid on a three year deal two years ago which leaves him with just a year on his current deal at the club.
Monaco feel there’s a real chance to sign the defender before the season starts in France as they are keen to strengthen their squad for the upcoming 2023-24 season.
