German-born Ghanaian enforcer Ragnar Ache was on target on Sunday as Sparta Rotterdam went away to draw 2-2 with PEC Zwolle in the Dutch Eerste League.

It took just eight minutes for Ache to burst forward to net the opener after his side had dominant possession but it was shortlived as the home side pulled even just a minute later through Bel Hassani.

Ache was superb in the heart of midfield as he shielded the back four so well and broke up play which allowed his other colleagues to launch attacks.

They netted the second goal for PEC in the 56th minute before Lars Veldwijk restored parity for the visitors with eight minutes to the end of the game.
