Ghanaian international defender John Boye has been named in French Ligue 1 Team of the Week.
The former Black Stars first choice center back netted the only goal as his team Metz beat Strasbourg by a lone goal over the weekend.
The 32-year-old scored his first league goal for Metz and earned a place in the team of the week.
Boye was part of Black Stars 2014 World Cup team and has been an integral part of the Metz side this season.
