Dreams FC boss Kurt Okraku is the new Ghana Football Association president after two rounds of election on Friday.
The election was supposed to head into a third round but his main contender George Afriyie conceded defeat.
Okraku polled 59 votes in the second round to beat former FA vice president George Afriyie, who had 43 votes. The third candidate Nana Yaw Amponsah had 16 votes.
The election was supposed to move into a third round when Afriyie conceded before the 120 delegates.
It is the first time in 13 years the GFA is holding a presidential election after its former president Kwesi Nyantakyi was banned for life.
