Ghanaian powerhouse Accra Hearts of Oak SC succumbed to a 2-1 loss at home to Bechem United FC on Monday afternoon.
Hearts of Oak, who are currently having five players with the Black Galaxies team in Algeria for the CHAN tournament could not stand the might of the Hunters.
The Phobians who have adopted Cape Coast stadium as its new home ground started their journey there with a 2-1 loss to the Hunters.
Cephas Mantey scored the opening goal of the match to put the visitors 1-0 up after just six minutes of the match with a nice finish.
Six minutes later, Mantey was at the double as he grabbed his brace to make it 2-0 to the determined away team against the depleted Phobians.
Hearts upped their game but failed to get a goal in the opening half of the Ghana Premier League match day 10 clash.
After the break, it became a ding dong affair with both teams fighting very hard for different purposes in the second 45 minutes of the match.
Deep into additional time period of the match, Hearts got one back through defender Robert Addo Sowah but it was a little bit too late as the game ended 2-1 to the Bechem lads.
