Black Satellites coach Yaw Preko has reiterated his team’s readiness for this year’s All African Games.
“We are ready for the tournament because we’ve had enough and peaceful preparation for this coming event,” Preko told DailyMailGH ahead of the event in Morocco.
When quizzed about teams like Mali and Senegal who beat the Satellites in last year’s CAF Youth tournament in Niger Preko stated:
“We are not afraid of them and they don’t know the team we are presenting at this tournament because this is an entirely different team from the one that played in Niger last year.”
“We have watched clips of both teams including Burundi and we are going to take it match after match,” he added.
The Black Satellites will begin their campaign against Burundi before taking on Senegal and Mali in subsequent games.
