Spartan FC striker Ganiu Abass has moved to Omani side Al Dhofar.
Abass, 20, appended his signature to a three-year deal with the Omani giants in midweek and has joined them in their pre-season camp in Alexandria, Egypt.
The bankroller of Spartans FC, Stephen Offei was optimistic that the young attacker will make it in the Gulf country.
“Abass is a great talent, he is a fantastic striker and we have every believe he will succeed,” Offei told Dailymailgh.com
“We hope he can emulate Lawson Bekui who attained cult status at Al Dhofar.”
Abass has previously featured on loan at Azerbaijani club Zapalata FC.
