Ghana target Myron Boadu will play no part when the Dutch Under 21 team face Cyprus next week.

The 18-year-old striker was inline to make his Young Orange debut but injury has ruled him out. His coach Erwin Van de Looi is replacing him with Hertha Berlin’s Daishawn Redan.

Boadu has been on fire for AZ Alkmaar this season scoring three goals and providing three assists in 10 games in all competitions so far.

He has already been watched by Dutch national team coach Ronald Koeman whilst those in charge of Ghana football have him in mind ahead of the 2021 AFCON qualifiers.
