Ghana winger Gyasi joins MLS club Dallas on loan

Ghanaian winger Edwin Gyasi has joined American Major League Soccer side FC Dallas on loan from Bulgarian outfit CSKA Sofia.

Gyasi, 28, has moved to the Toyota  Stadium on a one-year loan deal with an option to buy after an impressive 2018/2019 season in Bulgaria where he scored six goals and provided 10 assists in 52 games across all competitions.

Born in the Netherlands, Gyasi honed his talent at FC Twente before signing for Norwegian side Aalesund after which he moved to Bulgaria last season.

Before signing for FC Dallas, Gyasi was on the radar of AEK Athens,  Trabzonspor and a host of other clubs.

He has been capped five times by Ghana and has one goal to his credit.
