Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew wins Man-Of-The-Match award in Crystal Palace win

Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew has been named Man-Of-The-Match in Crystal Palace’s win at home to West Ham United FC in the English Premier League.

 

The Ghanaian scored once again for Crystal Palace FC in the English Premier League on Saturday afternoon against West Ham United at the Selhurst Park.

 

played a vital role in the team’s success, scoring the first goal and being heavily involved in their attacking play, making two key passes and achieving a passing accuracy of 91.7 percent.

 

Ayew received 32.1 percent of the votes for the award, with Ebere Eze and Jeffrey Schlupp also receiving high praise for their contributions to the win.

 

Ayew played full throttle for his team as they won at home to move further away from the drop zone but had to do it the way in an entertaining and end-to-end 4-3 victory.

 

 

 

The 31-year-old scored the equalizer for his team after fifteen minutes with a beautiful strike six minutes after his team went down Tomas Soucek’s ninth minute goal.

 

 

 

Wilfred Zaha and Jeffrey Schlupp added to the home team’s advantage as they found the back of the net on the on the 20th and 30th minutes respectively.

 

 

 

Michail Antonio’s 35th minute mark strike reduced the deficit to one as the first half ended 3-2 to Jordan Ayew’s Crystal Palace FC.

 

 

 

Ebere chi Eze scored to make it 4-2 from the spot in the second half before Naïf Aguerd scored for West Ham United to make it 4-3 at full time.

 

 

 

The 31-year-old Ghanaian forward has four goals and two assists in 34 Premier League games this season.
