Ghanaian forward Prince Osei Owusu scores twice for Toronto FC in MLS

Ghana forward Prince Osei Owusu scored two goals for Toronto FC in the Major League Soccer against Charlotte FC.

Kerwin Vargas scored the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up after 39 minutes.

Osei Owusu equalized for the visitors to make it 1-1 four minutes into the second half of the match with a very well timed finish.

Liel Abada restored the home team’s lead with a fine finish to make it 2-1 to Charlotte FC with 20 minutes to go.

Eight minutes later, the Ghanaian forward Osei Owusu scored again to make it 2-2 with 12 minutes remaining on the clock.

Patrick Agyemang scored the winner for the home team five minutes away from the full time whistle.

The 27-year-old Ghana forward has scored three goals in eight matches for Toronto FC.
