Ghanaian forward Samuel Owusu scored his debut goal for OFK Beograd in their exciting 3-2 win over FK Partizan Belgrade in the Serbian Super Liga. The match, held at Stadion Omladinski, showcased OFK’s strong form in the league this season.
Partizan opened the scoring in the 15th minute through Aleksandar Filipovic. However, Owusu quickly equalized for OFK just three minutes later, providing a vital boost for his team.
Former Ghana U20 captain Ibrahim Zubairu restored Partizan’s lead in the 40th minute, but OFK mounted a strong comeback in the second half. Aleksandar Palocevic and Filip Stojilkovic each found the back of the net, sealing a deserved victory for OFK.
The win propelled OFK to third place in the league standings, with 16 points from eight matches. Ghanaian internationals Ebenezer Annan and Edmund Addo also played key roles for OFK, both completing the full 90 minutes.
Since joining OFK on a free transfer this summer, Owusu has made four league appearances, contributing one goal and one assist, becoming a key player in the club’s recent success in the Serbian top division.
