Antalyaspor responded with penalty expertly converted by Sinan Gumus on the stroke of half time to level matters before the break.
Pedro Henrique scored in less than 60 seconds after the recess to restore the host advantage putting them 2-1 ahead in the game.
Angolan international Fredy grabbed the equalizing goal for the visitors seven minutes to full time.
It ended 2-2 and Kayserispor still remain in the automatic relegation zone in the Turkish top-flight.
