Ghanaian playmaker Daniel Kofi Kyereh has made it into the SC Freiburg matchday squad for their pre-season friendly game later today.
The former FC St Pauli playmaker picked up an injury and that kept him out of the team in their previous international club friendlies since his move to the new club.
He has recovered from the unfortunate injury and makes the bench of the Black Forest team that face French Ligue 1 side Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace.
This will be his first game for his new team as they play their last pre-season game today before the season start on next Saturday with DFB games.
He’s expected to play a big role in the club’s league campaign this season as they push for better finish than last season and will play in the UEFA Europa League competition for the first time in his career.
He scored 13 goals and provided nine assists last season for the Boys in Brown.
