The two included a security operative of the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) known as David Ampofo and a civilian, local media reported.

Five others including a police Chief Inspector —who sustained gunshot wounds are receiving treatment at the hospital.

Details still remain sketchy but witnesses indicate that the incident is chieftaincy related.
