New Anderlecht boss Vincent Kompany has handed Ghanaian teenager Jeremy Doku a place in the senior team.

Doku, 17, is one of the brightest spots in the Anderlecht Under 18 team and has now been called to the main team.

The budding winger of Ghanaian parentage made his senior debut in the pre season’s 2-1 win over Benfica alongside Thierry Lutonda as well as Sebastien Dewaele and impressed greatly.

Dailymailgh.com understands that Kompany is keen on using Doku as a squad player for the coming season and will be registered.

Anderlecht already have three Ghanaians in their senior team namely Francis Amuzu, Emmanuel Sowah and Dauda Mohammed.
