Ernest Nuamah, the talented Ghanaian forward, made a significant impact for Olympic Lyon in the French Ligue 1 match against Stade Reims on Saturday evening.

Despite starting on the bench, Nuamah was introduced as a substitute in the second half to help Lyon recover from a trailing position against the resilient Stade Reims.

The match saw Joseph Okumu score the opening goal for Stade Reims after 55 minutes, breaking the deadlock in a game that remained goalless in the first half.

Nuamah, who entered the game early in the second half, made an immediate impact by finding the back of the net ten minutes after Okumu’s goal. His goal rescued Lyon from a potential defeat, ultimately leading to a shared point between the two teams.

The 20-year-old Ghanaian forward has showcased his talent throughout the season, contributing two goals and two assists in 21 matches for Olympic Lyon in the French Ligue 1.
