Ghana’s Black Stars midfielder Afriyie Acquah walked home with man-of-the-match award after scoring the only goal to secure a vital away win for Yeni Malatyaspor at Sivasspor.

The well – built Ghana midfield enforcer was in the thick of affairs for the visitors throughout the 90 minutes and capped off his performance by winning the game for his side with a beautiful finish.

The 28-year-old former TSG Hoffenheim man who joined the Turkish side last summer from Italian side Empoli registered his first goal for the relegation threatened side in their fight to stay up in the Turkish top-flight.

Acquah’s dazzling performance earned him the player of the match accolade for the second time this campaign.
