Ghana’s Baidoo suffers defeat in Jerv debut

Ghana Black Satellites midfielder Michael Baidoo tasted defeat in his first league game for Jerv in the Norwegian second tier as they were battered 3-1 by Stroemmen.

Baidoo who operated in his favourite central midfield position was a delight to watch as he put up a commanding display in the middle of the pitch.

The onloan FC Midjtylland player made way for Ole Marius Habestad in the 74th minute with the scores at 2-1 before Pal Steffen Andresen netted the third goal five minutes later.

The 20-year-old enforcer received an ovation from the fans when he was being substituted.
