Ghana’s Benjamin Asamoah scores to propel Doxa Katokopia to Cyprus Cup quarter-finals

Ghanaian International midfielder Benjamin Akoto Asamoah scores in Doxa Katokopia’s game against Enosis Paralimni.

The former Atletico Madrid B graduate netted his second goal of the season for his team this term.

Enosis Paralimni scored first inside 67 minute through a beautiful strike from Nigerian international Shaloze Udoji Chigozie.

The 26-year-old Ghanaian grabbed the equalizing goal for Doxa in the 90th minutes to make the final score 1-1.

Doxa won the first leg by a 2-0 score and has progressed to the quarter-final stage on a 3-1 aggregate score.
