Ghana national Under 23 defender Kingsley Fobi is hoping to make his mark at Spanish third tier side CD Badajoz.
Fobi, 20, joined the Extremadura-based club on a one-year loan deal from English Premiership outfit Watford this summer and he is looking forward to shine.
“Last season, I also played on loan at Ibiza and though it was great, I made only 18 appearances due to injuries though I excelled. My aim for the season at my new club is to play every game, give my best and help then move to the second league,” Fobi told Dailymailgh.com
“The Spanish League is great and I think as a player is about your output and at the end of the day is also about how important the game is to you.
“I am really looking forward to the start of the season, pre season has been great so far,” he added.
Fobi was part of the Ghana Black Satellites team which reached the second round of the Under 20 World Cup in New Zealand four years ago.
