English-born Ghanaian winger Tariqe Fosu was on target on Saturday as Oxford United side went away to draw 1-1 with Sunderland in the English League 1 match day one clash.
It took just 14 minutes for the enterprising winger who was signed from Charlton Athletic to find the back of the net as he connected home beautifully from a Benjamin Woodburn pass.
Fosu was a delight to watch at the Stadium of Light as he pegged the Sunderland full backs in their own half with his speed and artistry.
He was unlucky not to have netted a brace as the Black Cats keeper Jon Mclaughlin made some decent saves before he made way for Robert Hall in the 82nd minute.
