Ghana international striker Asamoah Gyan was on target for Northeast United on Friday.

The former Black Stars captain scored his second goal in three league matches for the Super League side.

FC Goa got the opening goal through Hugo Mounous inside 31 minutes of the first half.

The Ghanaian prolific forward scored in the 54 minutes to level for the home side with Rakesh Pradhan providing the assist.

The home side took the lead 20 minutes after Gyan’s goal with Redeem Tlang’s goal.

It appeared Northeast United were walking home with all three points until Manvir Singh’s added time equalizer.

The game ended 2-2.
