Ghana’s Mensah suffers defeat in Finland

Ghanaian attacker Evans Mensah played full 90 minutes for HJK Helsinki in their 2-1 away defeat to KPV in the Veikkausliiga.

The promising attacker lasted the full 90 minutes for HJK as they suffered a shock defeat at the hands of KPV at the OmaSP Stadion, Seinäjoki.

The 21 years- old striker excelled for his side despite the defeat during the game played on Sunday.

HJK conceded the first goal at the stroke of half time when H. Memolla opened the scoring for the home team.

They got the leveller through T. Väyrynen’s strike with 19 minutes left on the clock before Ghana’s Ishmael Yartey won the game in the 77th minute for KPV.
